I didn't get the Renaissance thing until I read it for the third time and realized that Natalie was looking at her clothes... I love The Next Adventure though :D
I knew what he meant. He's just being a man, that's all. I wouldn't blame him too much for not reading his mail, either. I'm sure he gets a lot of collections notices and just dreads seeing any type of envelope in the mailbox. :(
